What are PIB Corners Without Butyl?
PIB Corners Without Butyl are prefabricated corner details made from the same PIB material as EasyFLEX PIB Roofing Membrane Rolls. They form part of the EasyFLEX system and are used around corners, terminations and difficult details where a preformed solution can make installation faster and more consistent.
The corners are installed using SabetoFLEX Accelerator Glue and are particularly useful in areas where forming, cutting or adapting the membrane directly on site would be difficult.
The corner type, position, adhesive and detailing method must always be selected according to the substrate, roof build-up, exposure and project requirements.
Product highlights
Areas of application
PIB Corners Without Butyl are used where a prefabricated corner can provide a faster, more consistent and more controlled installation than forming the detail directly on site.
Typical applications include:
- Internal corners
- External corners
- Terminations and connections
- Details around upstands and edges
- Corner areas where precise adaptation is important
- Projects requiring a consistent PIB detailing solution
The corner type, position and installation method must always be assessed according to the roof build-up, substrate and project requirements.

How to use the product
PIB Corners Without Butyl are used as prefabricated detailing components within the EasyFLEX PIB system. Select an internal or external corner according to the detail, then install it using SabetoFLEX Accelerator Glue.
The product is particularly useful where corners, upstands or terminations require a consistent and controlled PIB solution without extensive cutting and shaping on site.
The substrate, position, overlap, adhesive consumption and detailing method must always be assessed according to the specific roof build-up and project requirements.
Application notes
PIB Corners Without Butyl are installed with SabetoFLEX Accelerator Glue on suitable PIB surfaces and details.
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose material before installation.
Select the corner type and position to suit the specific detail, roof build-up, substrate and project requirements.
Always consult the installation video and relevant system documentation before use.
