What is EasyFLEX Reinforcement Mesh?
EasyFLEX Reinforcement Mesh is a reinforcing fibreglass mesh for professional roof systems. It is used as a stabilising layer where additional strength, dimensional stability or structural support is required within the complete build-up.
The mesh can be installed between the substrate, insulation and EasyFLEX PIB roofing membrane using EasyFLEX Adhesive Spray, according to the selected system design.
The reinforcement mesh, adhesive and roof build-up must always be assessed according to the substrate, insulation type, loading, fixing method and project requirements.

How to use the product
EasyFLEX Reinforcement Mesh is used as a reinforcing layer in EasyFLEX roof build-ups. The mesh is installed with EasyFLEX Adhesive Spray before the EasyFLEX PIB roofing membrane is applied.
Application notes
EasyFLEX Reinforcement Mesh must be installed on a suitable substrate or insulation layer according to the selected EasyFLEX system build-up.
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, oil, loose paint, wax, grease and other materials that may affect adhesion.
Test EasyFLEX Adhesive Spray on the insulation or substrate before installation where required. Apply the adhesive according to the technical instructions, then place the reinforcement mesh into the adhesive layer with the specified overlap and full, even contact.
Check the position, overlap and adhesion before installing the EasyFLEX PIB roofing membrane directly above.
Always consult the installation instructions and relevant technical documentation before use.
A typical workflow includes:
- Inspect the substrate or insulation
- Clean the surface so it is dry and free from contaminants
- Test EasyFLEX Adhesive Spray on the substrate where required
- Apply EasyFLEX Adhesive Spray according to the selected system build-up
- Install EasyFLEX Reinforcement Mesh into the adhesive layer
- Check positioning, overlap and consistent contact
- Install the EasyFLEX PIB roofing membrane directly above
