EasyFLEX PIB roofing membrane is designed for professional flat-roof projects where flame-free installation, flexible detailing and compatible system components all play an important role.
Flame-free installation
EasyFLEX Roofing offers a self-vulcanising PIB roofing system for flat roofs that can be installed without using a gas torch.
The system combines EasyFLEX Adhesive Spray, SabetoFLEX Activator Spray, prefabricated PIB corners and PIB Flex flashings from SabetoFLEX. Together, these components create a flame-free build-up in which the roof surface, details and accessories are designed to work as one system.
For the roofing contractor, this provides a practical installation method that can reduce the need for hot works and the additional requirements usually associated with open-flame roofing.
Flexible detailing and compatible system components
On flat roofs, the details often determine how efficiently and reliably the work can be completed. Corners, penetrations, joints and transitions require products that can be adapted on site while still forming part of the complete roof system.
The EasyFLEX PIB membrane system brings together the membrane, adhesive, activator, prefabricated corners and Flex flashings. These components can be combined to suit the specific roof build-up and project requirements.
When installed in accordance with the current installation instructions, the solution may be covered by a warranty of up to 20 years.

100% Recyclable PIB in a Patented System
EasyFLEX PIB roofing membranes and PIB Flex products are made from PIB — a flexible material without PFAS or hazardous substances.
The PIB material does not release harmful substances into rainwater or contribute to groundwater contamination. This makes it a relevant choice for projects where rainwater management, drainage and material selection are important.
EasyFLEX PIB material is 100% recyclable. PIB offcuts and returned EasyFLEX PIB products are processed through SabetoFLEX's patented recycling system, where the material is reused in products including SabetoFLEX Primer and Accelerator Glue. The recycling process is documented, and an EPD is available.
