It's completely maintenance-free and rated Broof T1 & T2 for top-tier fire safety. Highly flexible and stretchable in all directions, it adapts seamlessly to irregular roof shapes, forming a watertight, vapor-tight seal on surfaces such as concrete, insulation, wood, and felt.
